Accessories / Special Features

 

·    HAHN&KOLB / LAUER gauge control with a sensor inside the hollow spindle. During the work process the sensor measures continuously and ends the cycle automatically when the target measurement is reached.

·    HELLER Hydraulic Unit for setting the pressure steps. The grinding phases can be set on a time switch on the front of the machine.

·    Machine is presently equipped with fine grinding wheels suitable for highly accurate,  simultaneous parallel double-sided fine grinding jobs.

·    Motor-driven dressing / trueing device, height adjustable and swivelling, built on side of machine, with variable feed.

·    Dosing device for lapping fluid or rinsing agent with reservoir.

·    Various drive and pressure setting alternatives such as:  Synchronized speed/counter direction, single drive, entrainment of one or both wheels, clockwise/anticlockwise, etc.

·    Motor-driven height adjustable planetary drive for the transportation wheel.
